«Sevzapkanat» is a leading company at the Russian market engaged in design and production of professional cargo hoisting and fastening devices (about 5,000 items). Number of employees is more than 150 persons.
Our Company produces:
- lifting beams and clamps practically of any model for lifting of materials, blanks, final products, process equipment and other cargoes based both on developments of Engineering Department of LLCSevzapkanat and Customer’s drawings. All products are subject to quality test in compliance with requirements of GOST and corporative quality standards. Lifting beams and clamps can be manufactured for different climatic areas and hazardous facilities (electric power plants, chemical plants, enterprises of defense industry, facilities of gas and oil industry).
- textile slings, tow ropes and tensioning straps and also high-strength soft webbing slings of VMMP and STP-PM type with capacity up to 100.0 t; it is possible to manufacture slings in version 1-8. Each batch of textile slings is equipped with set of protective covers
- Sling chains made of chain of the grade 8-10, with capacity of up to 67 t, with shortened hooks, which allow regulation of loop length; free-moving chains for cargo lifting by running knot; componentry is made of stainless steel.
- Wire rope slings of all types and sizes, among them USK1, USK2, 1SK, 2SK, 3SK, 4SK, combined slings, checkers for wood transport; braided slings.
- componentry for slings in compliance with GOST 2224-93, 25573-82, RD 10-231-98 and Customer’s requirements, including nonstandard links for oversized cargo hooks with capacity of 16 t and more
- steel wire ropes manufactured in compliance with requirements of GOST 3241-91, DIN 3051. We can deliver ropes made to order with marking group 200 under control of the Maritime Register and with acceptance carried out by Ministry of Defense of the RF.
- Polyamide, polystyrol, polypropylene, natural ropes; synthetic braided ropes; polypropylene cord; cargo slings; rope ladders; tow ropes for automobiles.
- hoists, gripping devices, jacks, cargo fastening fittings, eye bolts and nuts, free-moving loops, lifting brackets, turnbuckles, hoisting blocks, sheaves, swivels, buckles, clamps, rope-eyes, wedge locks, latch hooks, blocks and many other devices.
- equipment for cargoes packing, handling and fastening; film wrapping machines, packing machines, packing consumables
- cranes and spare parts for them; electric loaders, diesel loaders, liquefied gas loaders, electric haulers, front-end loaders, stackers, beam-cranes, buckets for excavators of all types and versions and also for road-building equipment.

Requirements to arrangement and safety operation», which has been approved by Federal Service of the Russian Federation for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision on 09.11.2001 (based on these Guidelines all textile slings are developed in Russia).
